INSPIRED BY TECHNOLOGY.

I am a straightforward and goal-oriented individual with a dedication to assisting both people and the environment. Over the span of 10+ years, I have cultivated extensive experience in software development. My professional journey commenced during my undergraduate studies when I assumed the role of a faculty member at a computer institute. Following that, I briefly served as a Lecturer at an Engineering college. As a freelancer, I successfully developed numerous websites. My career trajectory then led me to esteemed organizations such as TCS and DXC in India, as well as MasterCard in the USA. Presently, I hold the position of Global Low Code and Automation Lead at Arcadis, India.

I earned my Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from JNTU, Kakinada, and furthered my education with a postgraduate degree in Program Management from IMT Ghaziabad, as well as a Global MBA from Liverpool Business School, UK. My professional accomplishments include the development and deployment of 50+ applications available on Microsoft, Android, and iOS platforms.

My overarching objective is to conceive and develop a groundbreaking, all-encompassing software product or platform that simplifies and enriches daily life by addressing a multitude of digital needs. This envisioned singular application is intended to significantly enhance the quality, comfort, and luxury of life for users. I have experience in various domains, tools, technologies and concepts. Naming few below.

Every Industry, Company and Department is going through massive digital transformation. The key part of digital transformation is People. Companies need right experts who understand the business, digital opportunities, its employees, tools available, A vision and plan to implement it. I’m core part of such massive digital transformation.

R&D is key for any organization / industry. One of key person to ideate, innovate many ideas in the organizations I worked.

Developed and deployed many RPA bots, VBA, SoapUI, Python automations that saved thousands of man hours, Millions of dollars. Increased efficiency and reduced errors. 

ML is becoming key for every industry. Understanding the current business and applying ML at right spot is what I offer. I use ready made ML solutions build by Microsoft AI Builder, UIPath AI fabric.

Companies growth depends on how fast you can develop & deploy product and on empowering the employees to develop solutions on their own with citizen development guidelines. I use Microsoft Power Platform to train, develop hundreds of apps and automations. Setting the right starter kits, themes / templates, governance, standards, environments is what I do as part of citizen development exercise.

Setting up CoE is the key for developing strong core team, standards, starter kits, Themes / Templates, Infrastructure, Licensing needs, Trainings, Awareness, maintenance and support. Part of Automation and Low code CoE setup.

CoP is where we bring the like minded people as a group. Engage, share, learn, awareness, grow together is what I have done with CoP meets.

Aware of how blockchain, Cryptocurrency works and is implemented. Willing push this in organizations when needed. Just waiting for the right opportunity.

Every asset (living and non-living) things will soon or later will have Digital Twins which looks same as physical twin along with data and functionality. This helps in aspects like live monitoring, Automation, Analytics, Prediction, Simulation, Automation and remote monitoring . Have strong knowledge on how to implement digital twins. The Metaverse is the hottest bet for next 15 years. Virtual space for collaboration of people, places and things. Started gaining all the knowledge around it and started releasing series of articles around it.

Key part in understanding requirements and business problems is Design thinking. It helps in brainstorming, ideation, knowing problems, relationships, selecting right solution approach etc. I have been part of such design thinking workshops and have conducted few. 

The solution approach for a requirement decides how the outcome is going to be in terms of look, performance, life etc. Have been working as architect for years in multiple projects.

Through out my career I worked as Developer, tester, lead, architect, automation person, scrum master, product owner, people manager, leader. Have excellent hands-on in Product life cycle.

Working in different parts of the world gives you the global vision and exposure to various factors bound to each region. I have worked with different regions (UK, North America, Australia, Asia, Europe etc) and also been there while working.

The parts which most developers, leads forget while building the software is Security and Privacy. I ensure these aspects from the beginning of the each project. Learnt many things while doing multiple projects with various technologies.

Every person in the organization at different levels have different views at the business depending on their level, knowledge and exposure. When someone works for same technology for 15-20 years then they tend to use the same for any problem they get infront. Unlike that way of working I have been exposed to different levels, views, tools & technologies, business needs. This helps in choosing the right strategy for each need.

Looking at the current problem in front to solve is just a piece of whole client business needs. Having the complete knowledge / big picture of business, its clients, its departments, how they function, general problems, generic needs will help in connecting dots and give solutions that help in solving the bigger long term need. I have experience in working with Telecom, AEC, Insurance, E-Commerce, Infrastructure, Banking etc sectors. 

Awareness, propagation, change of mindsets is key task in converting non-agile way of working to Agile way of working which has huge advantages. Many industries who I know of are still following the legacy way of tracking, building things. I help projects to make them aware of Agile, train and implement Agile Scrum using Azure DevOps.

Hiring and building the right teams for the next plans of the company is very important task. I have excelled in spotting right candidates on social platforms like LinkedIn for a specific positions, get them interested in the position available, join the organization, make them feel great about it and play them key part of company’s growth.

I have been trainer, mentor and lead for various groups, activities and  developments inside and outside organization including employees, students, kids, elderly etc. This gives me  satisfaction as I also believe in giving back to community with what we have which can help people to grow in profession, getting jobs, innovating new things etc.

One person can’t finish a great product it needs a team, Similarly one department like development can’t make great company it needs multiple departments like Sales, Marketing, HR etc. Similarly, Single company can’t solve all the client problems / needs, they need ecosystem partners / Vendors to collectively solve the problems. I have great contacts and relationships with people in different organizations like UIPath, Microsoft, Autodesk, Bentley, IBM, Arcadis, TCS, Salesforce, Oracle, Amazon etc.

Used various latest services from Microsoft Azure Cloud services varying from key vault to web app to virtual machine to chatbot to text analytics to digital twin to blockchain etc.
